Hi Everyone! I have been extremely busy the past month so I’ve
had to put blogging on hold but now that things have settled a bit I have more
time for things like blogging, making videos and just overall obsessing over
makeup again!
Today I wanted to share with you an eye cream I have been
using lately, it's the Origins GinZing eye cream. As most of you know I have THE worst dark circles so I am always on the hunt for products that will fix/ hide
them.
For starters, here is a little bit of background info on the
product…
What origins says about this product:
Late night? Long flight? Look tired all the time? This
natural, clinically-proven morning-after eye cream instantly reduces dark
circles. Unsightly bags and puffiness virtually disappear. And Origins'
proprietary complex of caffeine from coffee bean, Panax ginseng, magnolia extract,
and natural optic brighteners rapidly wakes up, refreshes, and restores
radiance to tired eyes. Best for all skin types.
- 86% brighter appearance
- 80% reduction in puffiness
What I have to say about it:
First off I do enjoy this product but only as a quick fix
for tired & puffy eyes. If you’re like me and are looking for a eye cream
that will permanently reduce your dark circles then this is not the product for
you but if you are looking for something to help you out on those brutal Monday
mornings or after a long night of studying then this is a product I would recommend!
When you first begin to apply it to your under eye it gives
a nice cooling effect which helps with any puffiness. It has a very thin consistency and a little goes a long way with
this pale pink colored eye cream( don’t worry it doesn’t actually show up pink
on the skin). This product is very brightening!
Overall:
I do like this product and I will use it up but I wouldn’t
say it’s a product I couldn’t live without. It was a saver though when it came
to allergy season and my eyes were super puffy!
Added bonus, for the price($37) it is a good deal compared
to most high-end eye creams!
What do you think? Have you tried this product before?
What are some of your favorite eye creams??
