Tutorial:Simple Everyday Look

Hey everyone!
Hope you're all having a great week! Before I get started if you haven't already, check out the Followers to Friends blog hop going on right now, HERE. I've been finding so many great blogs through this hop.
Today I just wanted to show you guys my go-to look when it comes to using the Naked Palette by Urban Decay. It is so simple(trust me!) and I think it would suit any skin tone! If you try it out then tweet me a picture, I would love to see! @beautybyttwo

Step 1:
Take Bare Study paint pot by MAC ( or whatever eyeshadow base you'd like) and blend it all over your lid. This will help your shadow last longer and gives a nice shimmer to start with.
Step 2: Using a flat shadow brush(Sigma E55) take "Sin" and blend all over lid not going past your crease.

Step 3: Take the same shadow brush and the lightest shade in the palette "virgin" and blend this right under the brow bone, highlighting that area and making your eyes look more awake and defined

Step 4: Next take a tapered blending brush(Sigma E35) and the shade "Toasted" which is a beautiful light eggplant colour and blend it into your crease going back forth and blending into your outer V.

Step 5: Now taking a pencil brush and the shade "Hustle" which is a very deep purple colour and lightly blend this just in your outer V until blended with "Toasted"

Step 6: Now take your favourite liquid eyeliner and make a slight wing starting in the middle of your lash line going out. I used L'Oreal Carbon black liner.

Step 7: Lastly apply your mascara. Revlon 3D Volume and MUFE's Smokey Lash are my new favourite lash combo, I'm obsessed

And that's all! This is a very simple and natural look but you can also amp it up by darkening your crease, just apply more of toasted and hustle and add some eyeliner on your water line. If your interested in the brushes I used, check them out HERE and use this code to get 10% off and a free gift with purchase!Discount code "SB2012". Hope you found this helpful!

Also if you get a chance I would love it if you could answer the poll on my homepage on the right sidebar. It's just asking how you guys prefer to get replies on comments. Thanks so much!!
